Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new Customer relationships and maintaining a strong new business pipeline by proactively building and managing relationships within their network, including business introducers and potential customers. Key Responsibilities

• Selling international payment processing products and services to SMEs and corporate merchants, through introductory phone conversations, networking at trade fairs and b2b events and face-to-face meetings

• Driving new sales activity in the region across preferred lines of business and closing qualified leads

• Maintaining a strong and well-organised new business pipeline and nurturing key market relationships

• Working with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and grow existing accounts (including proactive up-selling of new products and services)

• Participating in quarterly account reviews to analyse active payment products, volumes and service levels

• Providing feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales and lead information and product and marketing requirements.

• Ability to play a key role in a fast-growing start-up, contributing to shaping its future, whilst benefitting from an unrivalled career track (e.g. management responsibilities, international transfers etc.)

• Ability to establish a strong rapport and relationship with a variety of customers, whilst understanding each individual's needs effectively
