We are looking for someone to look after the administration of our sales operation at our office in Damansara Perdana. There is no actual selling involved. Duties will include:-

  • Receiving and processing orders from customers.
  • Placing orders for items not in stock.
  • Monitoring outstanding orders to ensure completion as soon as possible.
  • Liaison with our Bangkok head office.
  • Liaison with customers as required to follow up orders, payment, etc.

The key duty of a "Marketing Executive" is to provide sound advice to potential buyers. He must present real estate properties in the best light to promote sales and offer financing advice based on each client's needs. His job requires knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide his customers with integrity and build their trust.
The task we expected from a "Marketing Executive" is as follows:

  • Interacting with clients and understanding their requirements
  • Providing legal support to clients like preparation of ownership deeds and arrangement of loans
  • Scheduling appointments with clients and showing them the properties that meet their requirements
  • Arranging mortgage service providers for buyers.
  • Evaluate and examine the contract papers and ensure that everything is in order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in the day to day activities of the Marketing Department
  • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets
  • Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions
  • Organise and execute all sales and promotional activities to ensure sales targets are achieved as planned
  • Assist and coordinate with sales team in sales & marketing roadshows/events
  • Conduct market studies and research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities including setting sales targets, managing all showroom operations, planning and implementing launch events, advertising & promotions
  • Prepare management reports regularly that are essential for Management information and decision making
  • Lead, direct and manage the day operations of the property sales administration function in handling all post-sales activities (SPA/loan documentation/ billing and collection) up to the delivery of property
  • Assist and coordinate in all general administrative duties relating to sales and marketing

The confirmed applicant will be responsible for overall site supervision and co-ordination of building construction mainly all C&S and Architectural Works.

  • To uphold health and safety regulations that has been issued and imposed by the Company.
  • To be able to use the Microsoft projects software for fortnightly progress reporting during Consultant-Client Meeting (CCM).
  • To conduct a RC structural meeting with Sub-contractors.
  • To carry out a daily inspection on all works especially rebar, brc, concrete, system formwork / loose formwork installation with Sub-contractors in accordance to Consultant's & Architect's specifications.
  • To extend assistance and reporting to C&S Consultant & Architect in their design.
  • To manage and coordinate the construction activities in accordance to the C&S and Architectural drawings and specifications..
  • To report and assist to resolve any dispute and technical queries with reference to the consultants, the Senior Contract Manager & the Senior Project Director.
  • To help verify progress claims from sub-contractors and submit to the company Quantity Surveyor.
  • To attend all site meetings and tool box meeting.
  • To implementation control quality in all construction activities.
