MANAGER PRODUCT PLANNING

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Model Launch Introduction by ensuring all planned activities are timely completed.
  • Responsible to manage the Product Planning activities (including the accessory) and plan for the pricing strategy proposal including cost planning requirements.
  • Coordinate the Model Life Management with TMAP (Toyota Motor Asia Pacific) to ensure product reinforcement throughout model life.
  • Closely analyse the market and industry movement by monitoring performance of models in terms of market positioning and target sales, besides monitoring the competitors actions / strategies.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing specializing in Product Planning, with 2 years in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent planning, coordinating and problem solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge in automotive industry with high passion towards car.
  • Strong leadership with good entrepreneurial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
