Selangor - Petaling Jaya Work as part of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) for Scope International KL, taking charge of Facility Management for all the buildings lease by Scope International. Using Global Facilities Management (GFM) system to track all Service Request and Work Order to ensure all problems are fix within the Turnaround Time. The three are Enterprise 4 Technology Park Malaysia, Crystal Plaza, and Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Job Responsibilities: - Ensure maintenance systems on ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration
- Have a knowledge to monitor Building Automation Systems
- Standard Chartered Bank Computerized maintenance management system (GFM)
