Manager, Facility Management
Selangor - Petaling Jaya

Work as part of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) for Scope International KL, taking charge of Facility Management for all the buildings lease by Scope International. Using Global Facilities Management (GFM) system to track all Service Request and Work Order to ensure all problems are fix within the Turnaround Time. The three are Enterprise 4 Technology Park Malaysia, Crystal Plaza, and Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maintenance systems on ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration
  • Have a knowledge to monitor Building Automation Systems
  • Standard Chartered Bank Computerized maintenance management system (GFM)
  • Electrical portable appliances and fixed wiring, lightning conductors, emergency lighting
  • Ensure periodic statutory testing and inspections
  • Oversee and track CRES Helpdesk Service Request and Work Order
  • Conduct Annual Building Assessments & Action Plans to close the gaps.
  • Familiar on Facility Management Critical Processes.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Fire protection Smoke/heat detectors, Fire alarm systems, Sprinkler systems, Fire extinguishers, Dry risers Fire stopping and Fire Risk Assessments
  • Support Health and safety - Occupational safety and health, including compliance with local, state, and national laws and agencies
  • Manager Hygiene, including indoor air quality. Display Screen Regulations. Safety Rules for Contractors. Risk Assessments. Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Corrective maintenance/Reactive repairs
  • Building fabric and decorative
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Window cleaning, roof access, etc.
  • Catering, hospitality and vending
  • Cleaning Services.
  • Waste management
  • Environmental Issues
  • Reception & Meeting room management
  • Mail Services.
  • Business Chargeback Process on seat usage.
  • Car Parking management and payment.
  • Specifying, tendering and contract negotiation

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate with background in Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Ability to understand large office premises M & E facility with data centre.
  • Knowledge of office premise maintenance and repair methods and requirements.
  • Sound relationship management skills
  • Decision making skills and sound judgment in identifying areas of weakness and suggesting remedial action
  • Excellent command of English in communication both written and verbal.

Requirements:
