Manager / Senior Engineer (Site Utilities)

Responsibilities:

Design and Plan the PM schedule and execute the PM activities accordingly for the proper up keeping of entire HVAC system. Updating all equipment, instrument PM and other related re-cords in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system in use.

Fully responsible to ensure continuous utility supply for the plant manufacturing operation by effectively manage, maintain and improve the site utility systems. Plan and lead all the improvement projects related to site utility systems.

Ensure all type of clean room specifications are in compliance with company guidelines.

Investigate the process and quality failure (NCR) resulted from utility related problem and provide permanent solution to fix them.

Lead and supervise the Chargeman team on up keeping other site utility system such as: Compressed Dried Air system and Air Dryer, Clean room 1k-100k performance, 3 phase 415V power distribution system.

Requirements:

Minimum Professional certificate of "Full BO Chargemen (HT 33KV)", issued by local authority (Suruhan Jaya Tenage & Gas Malaysia). Advantage diploma or Degree in. Engineering Field (preferably Electrical, Industrial Engineering in Facility related fields)

Minimum 7 years of working experience in Manufacturing field, preferably specialized in HVAC system, Utilities, Maintenance & Facilities, Project Management.

Adapt Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC knowledge.

Good interpersonal, communication writing & presentation skills.

Experience in Energy cost redaction projects, Clean room management are added advantages.

Job role in Building/Facilities Maintenance or Machinery Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Validation & revalidation - Prepare and execute for all facility new & existing equipments, BMS system, utilities, and building expansion projects.

Ensure all maintenance SOPs and documentation are compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP, FDA & Novartis guidelines. Ensure updated release documents are used for PM activi-ties and in validated state.

Investigate the process and quality failure (NCR) resulted from equipment/ process relat-ed problem and provide permanent solution to fix them. To carry out the change request and evaluate the change effects on validated processes.

Participate in designing and writing engineering study protocol and execute the protocols which include data collection, analysis and provide recommendation if further improvement is required.

Responsible for building and facility equipment annual certification to comply with all local regulatory requirements.

Responsible to prepare tender documents and User Requirement Specifications (URS) for facility related projects and services.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering Field (preferably Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Building Facilities related fields)

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing field, preferably specialized in Building Management, Maintenance & Facilities, Project management or Quality Engineering divisions.

Adept Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.

Hands on experience in AutoCad drawings and applications.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
