(A) Kitchen Staff Management
- Manage multiple kitchen units operation within an assigned area.
- Attend operation meetings and liaise with various departments to facilitate the smooth running of activities and operations.
- Ensured all chefs & cooks operate food preparation and production process in the kitchen environment in accordance to corporate and all other relevant policies and procedures and government regulations.

- Carry out research on the efficiency of new equipment to further increase productivity and improve quality of existing products.
- Ensure spoilage is kept to a minimum.
- Monitor, audit and follow up in inventory process to ensure SOP are complied.
