Responsibilities:

Main Purpose of Job

The candidate reports to Executive - Customer Care and will be primarily responsible for logistics planning, order scheduling, warehouse inventory monitoring and customer services.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Execute/schedule delivery process based on priority

• Monitor delivery fulfillment, handle delivery issues – loading, unloading, diversion, etcs

• Handle, follow-up and resolve customer's site issues on delivery related matters

• Order processing

• Answer calls and respond to enquiries/requests professionally

• Complete call logs and reports

Requirements:

 

• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field

• Knowledge of logistics principles and practices

• Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Chinese dialects will be added advantage

• Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Application

• Courteous and professional with good problem solving skills

• Able to cope and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Able to support department in complying, confirming and implementing of company procedures on all contract administration matters
  • Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities
  • Involve with tendering and obtaining quotations for tendering purposes
  • Able to prepare project reports, finalise subcontractors' claims, variation order claims and labour claims
  • Assist and finalise subcontractors and suppliers' accounts
  • Able to communicate and liaise with appropriate personnel on the verification and finalisation of site measurement / remeasurement quantities
