Talent Acquisition Specialist (Banking Operations) - Standard Chartered – Scope International Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

• Collaborating with other Heads of Talent Acquisition across the function, and as part of the Resourcing management team for the region, to facilitate issue resolution, cross border hiring and sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Building and managing a high performing Resourcing team which benchmarks strongly in the internal and external market. Attracting, developing, engaging, deploying and retaining the best talent, encouraging high performance behaviors.
• Liaising with the regional hub, ensuring their standards are adopted in countries under remit wherever possible, sharing any local best practice, business knowledge and technical expertise.
• Strategic, reporting and international mobility accountability for all countries under remit.
• Accountable for the quantity and quality of data held within PeopleSoft for countries under remit.
• Analyzing recruitment data, reports and balanced scorecard performance data to proactively monitor and interpret internal and external conditions, using these findings to identify areas for improvement in delivering resourcing solutions that meet business needs e.g. more effective and efficient channel management, candidate conversion.
• Lead the operations reviews with country Talent Acquisition Managers, preparing for quarterly operations reviews with the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Driving the implementation and use of: PeopleSoft global resourcing processes, policies and audit / regulatory requirements, championing change and driving compliance.
• Continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition best in breed solutions and strategies.
• Establishing budget forecasts for countries under remit, influencing appropriate stakeholders to obtain approvals, managing budgets within or under approved levels.
• Accountability for meeting the budgeted recruitment targets for countries under remit to time, quality & price, providing strong leadership to ensure that the team delivers these targets in terms of service and quality, client and candidate satisfaction, financials and continuous improvement.
• Providing strategic, consultative resourcing advice to Country CEOs & ManCo members in consultation with Country Head of HR, challenging their thinking and coaching them to consider their Talent Acquisition needs from a broader and more future focused perspective (as well as short to medium term), facilitating the creation of high level Resourcing plans and priorities.
• Translating country business objectives into high level talent acquisition plans and strategies, closely aligning the overall resourcing strategy with the broader talent agenda.
• Using high level talent acquisition plan to set clear direction for Talent Acquisition Team enabling them to conduct first principles resource planning with senior business managers under their remit.
• Managing workflow and internal and external overflow capacity within the country to achieve optimal deployment of internal resources and external vendors.
• Managing Operational Workflow from the time JR raised up to P-file completion including deletion of ID and etc., Maintain proper DOI on every workflow.
• Compile and analyse weekly and monthly reports, - Cost per hire, average turnaround time per hire, and hit ratio, including monthly forecast of hiring.
• Operational Workflow - develop documented workflow and continuous studies of service improvement and best practices to reduce turnaround time and operational risks (errors).
