We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Malaysia at IPC Shopping Centre.  Ikano Retail Asia owns IPC, a shopping centre, adjacent to the IKEA Damansara store in Petaling Jaya.

How is the job?


1) To be a strong contributor to the finance and operation management team, secure HR subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.
 

2) To handle full spectrum of human resource functions of the company.
 

3) To manage and administer all HR requirements, manpower planning and staffing and recruitment.
 

4) To create an atmosphere where knowledge sharing, internal promotion throughout Retail Asia and high commitment to Ikano results in an organisation that are able to attract, retain and develop talented co-workers.
