Credit Control Officer/Field Visit Officer (Contract)

Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • To contact and obtain payment from delinquent account.
  • Manage collection/recovery of overdue loans/card account to meet set targets.
  • Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues/daily actions reports .
  • Practice and display quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O Level" in any field with 1 year of working experience in collection.
  • Fresh graduate and diploma holder are encourage to apply.
  • Self motivated and able to communicate well with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level technical and software support that includes diagnostics, root case and impact analysis.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on Inphosoft products and solutions.
• Conduct onsite and remote system integration testing, user acceptance testing, implementation roll out and end user training.
• Perform hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Provide QA testing based on requirement and design documents.
• Assist in project transition from engineering to operation from technical stand point
• Maintain up-to-date network information to ensure accurate and sufficient database for maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Provide technical training and assistance to Support Engineers.
• Involve in maintenance and operation phase of the project when required.
• Assist in project documentation which includes functional specification, solution analysis & design and test specification plan.
• Ability to understand the whole architecture design and integration requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge in LINUX, UNIX, Shell Scripting, SQL.
• Network Skills and familiar with setup of switches, routers, firewall, LAN/WAN, VLAN will be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience with Java, Web Services, Apache Tomcat, MySQL would be advantageous
• Strong Anaytical Skills
• Telco industry experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the field.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to travel and able to take up overseas assignments
• Good command in English.
