  • Represents Agilent in external bodies dealing with standards and/or product regulations at the national/regional/global level.

Responsibilities


  • Supervise JB Finance team in managing full spectrum of JB Finance matters.
  • Includes management and statutory reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and budgetary control, working capital and cash flow management, as well as costing.
  • Prepare variance analysis and narratives in order to alert management on financial issues, trends and opportunities
  • Assist line management in the preparation of operating budgets
  • Drive the development of the Finance & Controlling function in line with corporate requirements
  • Response to tax queries from IRB and Tax agent
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, procedures and standards
  • Ensure adherence to internal authorization levels and other local guidelines

Requirements


  • ACCA / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 5 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Experience in supervising a team in preparing full set of accounts, particularly in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in costing, working capital and cash flow management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated, particularly in providing inter-department functional support to Operations.
  • Independent, meticulous, proactive and able to work under pressure with can-do attitude.
  • Can cope well in a multi-tasking environment.
