Sea Import or Export Officers/Executives
Across Singapore - Alps, Tanjong Pagar and Penjuru

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly handle customer enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with customer's standard operating procedures
  • Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
  • Co-ordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with carriers/customers/suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues

Requirements:

  • 'A' level / Diploma / Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding with seafreight (Import or Export) experience in 3PL/freight forwarding industry is a MUST.
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of oil & gas cargoes transportation (e.g. OOG transportation) is an added advantage
  • Able and willing to work over time.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demand Planner – Solutions Services
North (Singapore) - Senoko

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a healthy parts inventory in SEA through market demands.
  • Work with parts vendors and suppliers of spare parts.
  • Processing of market demand on spare parts and monitoring availability, lead-time and
  • backlog.
  • Attend to internal customers on inquiries about stocks availability lead-time.
  • Manage third party logistics on processing incoming orders and related shipping documents
  • and inventory accuracy
  • Generate monthly KPI on movement of spare parts
  • Work with third party logistics on managing spares inventory accuracy
  • Work with team leaders on parts pricing
  • Maintain a healthy inventory minimizing excess on obsolete
  • Work with vendors on any issues with regards to quality of delivered spares.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business related qualification
  • At least 2 years experience in demand planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Words
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage.
