Responsibilities

  • Is familiar with the operation and capacity of service delivery units, therefore participates in the formulation of the service scope definition based on his/her technical expertise and reviews feasibility of orders.

  • Detail Technical Designs and solutions – Lead the development maintainance and evergreening of designs per each area of technology. Be the global owner of one or more technical topics within the business unit Engineering

  • Deliver on annual operating plan targets and commitments related to T-systems.
  • Globalise & standardise operational infrastructure support; Implement relevant support model(s) and global processes.

Responsibilities

Decision Making

  • Assist in Coordination and manage project deliverables from starts to the ends
  • Determine and assess the needs for resources/ staffing and make the appropriate recruitment
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve projects deliverables

  • Supervise the assigned customer planning and procurement group on develpment of subordinates, delegation and control-evaluate staff performance.
  • Monitor and take necessary corrective action to enhance the employee performance on daily task/ reporting support.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in customer order management, production planning, material planning and procurement function in manufacturing environment is required.

Team Lead - Migration

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a group of functional experts and overall migration requests for his/her own core team.

  • Adapt Project Management, T-Systems "Project in Excellence" disciplines.

  • Analyze the application and capture the current architecture, interfaces and performance characteristics.

  • Assuring that the change management process is followed for infrastructure changes and application implementations.

  • Setup meeting with customer to gather application information.
